Purchasing, Returns and Exchange Policy
In order to provide unparalleled service to all our customers, we require a minimum of 25 windshield wipers per order. This is intended to lighten the handling and delivery department to provide you a fast and efficient service.
FD-Flex will deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours of your order. If you have not received your order, please contact us.
All FD-Flex products are backed by a 60-day retail warranty. If for any reason one of our products is damaged or defective, simply keep the product at your location and exchange it for your customer. When placing your next order, simply mention the model and the size of the defect exchanged wiper and we will add it in your order. Your representative will collect the defect wipers at his next visit to your branch.If you forget to mention the exchange request when placing your order, the guarantee replacement will have to wait for your next order. This is only to reduce our customer service delays and ensure your complete satisfaction. It is however important to specify that under no circumstances are the guaranteed products subject to a credit or a refund.
Returns of goods.
When you place an order with FD-Flex, your business has a period of 30 days to return the products if you are dissatisfied. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange and the payment of the products will be required. The return will be allowed only in case the products are not already paid. If the products have already been paid, we will be pleased to find one of our products that suits you better. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to take back the products if they are not in their original state or they are not in a state of resale (dirty or damaged packaging). In the case where products are in good condition, a credit will be issued from the time the products have been posted in our premises.
Change of product line.
If for some reason you want to change the line of products you are used to order, it is possible to do so. However, your inventory of the product line to be modified should be below 40 windshield wipers. Above this number, you will have to sell your inventory down to 40 or keep the surplus products in order to dispose of them.
If you change product line for a higher cost line, you will have to pay the difference between the two products and assume the cost of transporting the return of your inventory to our premises in applicable cases. In case you want to change your line of products for a line at a lower cost, a credit will be issued to you for the amount we have charged you, applicable on your next order. In addition, you will also have to pay the cost of transportation to return to our premises. We reserve the right to refuse products upon arrival at our warehouse in case the products are damaged, dirty or damaged packaging, in short that they are no longer in a state of resale.
